I'm inclined to believe some early civilizations may well have stumbled upon and used static electricity as a form of therapy and sincere legerdemain (it would have seemed awesome, even holy) , without having the infrastructure for its widespread use. However, I doubt the Dendera illustrations depict light bulbs, as globes of that size would have required an extremely high level of glass making skill, well beyond that for which we have evidence.
Many of the other illustrations lend themselves to more mundane interpretations, some have been retouched to emphasize the explanation being pushed and one simply illustrates Nile water (emblematic of life) being ceremonially being poured over a candidate (this ritual being known from Coptic Rites).
