BTW, it is usual to refer to another person as "Brother." We tend not to refer to ourselves as such, reserving for the other person the right to confer that honorific (or not) when addressing us.
You should also bear-in-mind that my usage of the title is somewhat broader than its usage by many others (my usage still has good precedence).
When you finally join, you will find there is much to learn, not least of which is "Mason-speak." Do not fret, much is excused in the usages of a new or intending Mason, that might be frowned upon if committed by an experienced Brother who ought to know better.
