I followed the link for the book and lulu.com seems to specialise in self-publishing, both paper and e-book. I can remember Bro Poll mentioning on another board that the Masonic publishing business was truly grim. Would 'continuing success' equate to copies sold or overall exposure (reviews, mentions, etc.)?

Indeed, without first knowing the author's objects, "success" can be hard to define. In this case, I inferred success by the book's influence, whereby a person knowing of my interest, encountered the book and eagerly informed me. Thus, word of it gets around. Profit does not appear to be one of Bond's objects, as the text can be freely obtained on line at one of his blogs. BTW, Mr. Bond is not a Mason and, while he appears favourably disposed toward us, it shows.

I'm very sceptical of all post-Margaret Mead (or should I say Mead-influenced) goddess studies, so I'm not sure how far I'll get into Mr. Bond's book, but I'll give it a try. So much to read; so little time.
