HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Thought Vibration or The Law of Attraction in the Thought World
by William Walker Atkinson William Walker Atkinson was a prolific New Thought writer. After reading one of his books, Paul Foster Case started corresponding with him and eventually the two men met and collaborated on various projects, one of which is said to the the Kybalion. In my opinion, this particular book is one of his best, and the link below is to a high quality scan of the original 1906 edition. As electronic copies go, it really couldn't get any better. www.archive.org/download/ThoughtVibrationOrTheLawOfAttractionInTheThoughtWorld/Thought_Vibration__Or__The_Law_of_Attrac.pdf

I've just downloaded it again and it works perfectly. Did you do a Right-Click and Save As? Could be the file was indeed damaged and they have now replaced with a good one. Either way, try again and this time it will work.

Yes, I did gather that. However, as well as re-donwloading the file, I also opened it, and it worked perfectly. Now, I can see 3 possibilities. EITHER something went wrong with your original download and the file got corrupted on its way to you, OR the file became corrupted on Internet Archive's server and they have now replaced it, OR the software you used to open the file is out of date (remember, this PDF is made out of high resolution scans). Solution: Download the file again, and if the new one still does not open, download a fresh copy of Acrobat Reader from www.download.com/Adobe-Reader/3000-2378_4-10000062.html

I suspect that there are relatively frequent corruptions in the download, depending on location and connection speed at its slowest node (went down to 3.6 KB/sec!!! as I use Acrobat Professional CS3, so it's not my version of Acrobat, nor do I think that they are going to be replacing their pdfs frequently nor upgrading them to newer versions).
Third try worked.

Glad you got it in the end. You may want to try a decent download manager. That way you can resume interrupted downloads, and the software performs various checks on the file reduce the possibility of error. You can get a fantastic freebie here: www.flashget.com/en/download.htm

Thankyou - I use a Mac, and it informs me as I download if there's a problem - so I really do not see the need to add what are potentially problem add-ons.
