They seem to have accepted a paper from the infamous troublemaker, Jeff Peace, concerning the GOUSA, and his strange division of Freemasonry into "Traditional Cosmopolitin and Anglo-American Freemasonry."

I have few quibbles with the paper. Overall, I wish Bro. Peace and his Brethren well in their venture and congratulate them on their "patent" (or whatever) with the Grand Orient of France: Vive le Différence!

Philip, This is a very interesting site, if you want to know about Prince Hall masonry, this is it, also under women in freemasonry, your article is listed, tsmr.org/Regards Terry Thanks Terry, Some memorable quotes under the PH section. Nice to see attribution for the excerpt of my paper. However, what really caught my attention was the Report to the MW Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of South Australia & Northern Territory, THE NEW MILLENNIUM, FREEMASONRY AND WOMEN, Nov. 2001. After the Grand Registrar of the UGL of NSW & ACT had asked me to consider resigning because my outspoken views on women and Freemasonry were incompatible with those of the Grand Lodge, I deferred doing so until the work on the above report had been completed. I contributed a substantial amount of information to the working committee and was hoping the report would mark a progressive step. Instead I saw an abstract of the initial draft and was dismayed by what I took to be its reactionary stance, at one point stating that the exclusion of women was certainly an Ancient Landmark of the Order!? I thereupon resigned as soon as I discharged certain offices. Now I see the final form was much more encouraging and I doubt I would have resigned had I known. Perhaps I now need to reconsider my position in relation to this and other recent advances.
