Some cuttlefish, like the Broadclub, have highly specialized strategies. When Broadclubs hunt, they appear to mesmerize their prey by changing shape and patterns, with hypnotic waves of colour pulsating rhythmically along their bodies. As their prey sits stupefied, two of the cuttlefish’s tentacles shoot out and grab it.
